Our clients are a great company based in Kent. They design and manufacture early learning year products for babies and children
They are looking for an experienced Product Manager who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience

The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent people skills, plus current experience in similar field
• Managing the existing product range
• Sourcing new products and components
• Developing and managing new products
• Have a strategic awareness of the market, following and reporting back on market trends and innovations within the market

Key Skills Requirements:
• A proven track record in a similar product manager role is essential managing products from concept to launch
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to communicate to a technical detail
• A developed analytical mindset with technical/engineering experience
• Strong numerical skills
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the creative aspects of a product
• Strong commercial acumen/awareness
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and enjoys multi-tasking.
• A professional, confident self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair.
• A problem solving mind set
• Knowledge of Word and Excel software
