Salus is a social enterprise established to deliver services to children and young people. We have recently been commissioned to deliver centre based and detached Youth Services in the districts of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge & Malling.

We are currently seeking to recruit to a variety of Youth Work roles to implement a range of centre and street-based youth services across these districts. The roles will involve working directly with young people and agencies, offering services and support with an aim to improve young people’s emotional health and well-being.

We are looking for a talented individual, with experience in working directly with young people in creative and innovative ways to achieve the best possible outcomes. This posts will require energy and enthusiasm to ensure the success of this highly valued service.

1 x full-time Senior Integrated Youth Worker Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge & Malling (£25,000 - £29,000)
1 x part-time 0.8 FTE Youth Worker Tonbridge & Malling / Tunbridge Wells (£18,000 pro-rata)
1 x Youth Work Apprentice Tunbridge Wells
1 x Youth Work Apprentice Tonbridge & Malling (£3.70 per hour) working towards gaining a suitable qualification
Sessional Youth Workers in Tonbridge & Malling, Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone (£8.75 per hour)
