Do you have a passion for customer service and a retail background?
Our Faversham based client is looking for a candidate that puts customer service at the front of everything they do! You will be working within a specialist industry, in an adventurous brand you will require outstanding product knowledge to assist customers with all queries, across 25,000+ products.
This store is open seven days a week, and flexibility with working hours will be required. A 25 hour contract is on offer, but there will be an expectation to complete overtime. Being able to work weekends is a must.
Day-to-day duties include:
* Meeting and greeting all customers;
* Serving customers;
* Advising customers;
* Assisting with product knowledge.
