My client is one of Kent's leading law firms with multiple offices in Kent and London.

They are currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager to work from their office in Tunbridge Wells.
The role will be to support the operational management of the Learning and Development function, to include management and development of staff, continuous review and improvement of learning and development initiatives, regular review of new and improved learning technology and to raise and advance the profile of the function within the firm.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the legal sector and operational management experience in a Learning and Development capacity. The successful candidate will be also be responsible for a team of three, therefore prior experience of line management would be desirable.
