RARK Solutions are currently looking for a driven and ambitious Advertising Manager to head up the sales of a monthly industrial magazine.
This is a varied and exciting role perfect for someone with prior publishing or media sales experience who is looking for the autonomy and trust to create their own business plan and identify new ideas and opportunities to aid the development of the business.
The Advertising Manager will be responsible for:
Generating and maximising sales opportunities over the phone and face to face
Building and maintaining client relationships, existing and new
Keeping up to date with any market developments
Liaising with clients (new & existing) to upsell and implement products as part of their key advertising strategies
Attending a number of exhibitions throughout the year
Meeting targets and key deadline
Showing initiative and strong organisational abilities
In return you will receive a competitive annual salary of up to £24,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission and a generous benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of publishing or media sales experience and experience of working in a similar sales role will be beneficial.
