We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join a busy Conveyancing department in Tunbridge wells.
My client is one of Kent's leading law firm's and offers a friendly working environment , progression and an excellent benefits package.
They are looking for someone who can provide Fee earners with high levels of administrative support to allow them to maximise the amount of time they are able to spend on fee earning, management and development tasks.
The position
Diary management, arrangement of meetings
Relationship building with clients
Document location and drafting
Managing post, emails, calls in fee earners absence
Arranging team and social events
Key skill and attributes
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
IT knowledge
Proven experience working in a team and dealing with clients
Excellent Verbal and written skills
Strong organisational skills
Experience working in a professional services environment.
