Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst required by leading UK financial services company to drive the service assess and configuration management activities.
You will be responsible for coordinating, analysing, documenting and reporting on asset and configuration management to ensure service assets and configuration items are managed effectively to improve and maintain service performance, quality and stability.
Skills
MUST have experience of Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) with in an enterprise (5,000+ users) environment.
Ideally experience of ServiceNow and SNOW and any knowledge or exposure to software licencing would be a bonus.
