We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Warehouse Operator to work a rotating shift pattern working 0600-1400 one week and 1400-2200 the next week.

Main purpose of the role
To carry out the various warehouse activities to appropriate regulatory standards, ensuring production / customer demands are met.

Accountabilities

• Ensures that all activities are carried out to appropriate regulatory standards.
• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Acts on accordance to Team Leader / Warehouse Manager Instructions to meet production / customer deadlines following Class A principles.
• Performs and maintains correct update for all inventory movements.
• Supports Team Leader and Management with all Health and Safety initiatives e.g. Risk Assessments, Behavioural Safety.
• Notifies the Team Leader of any equipment that he / she cannot get repaired immediately and takes such action to prevent any delay or disruption to production / customer deadlines.
• Ensures all relevant documentation is completed in accordance with GMP / GDP standard.
• Works with the Team Leader to produce Personal Development Plan.
• Carries out other tasks and duties as and when required by Team Leader / Warehouse Manager.
• Identifies improvements in efficiencies to all warehouse processes and notifies Team Leader.
• Responds to late unscheduled requirements e.g. an urgent delivery.
