Order processing – Sage system
General emails
Answering incoming calls
Opening post
Outgoing post
Quotes
Checking orders
Ordering of Stationary
Hotel Bookings
The following tasks would need to be covered in the absence of the Office Manager;
Manage the department
Ordering stock from suppliers
Booking stock on the system
Month End reports
Monthly audits
Daily changing of backup tapes
Organising lunches
Salary -£30,000.00
Monday – Friday
