We are looking for a confident and outgoing marketing professional to join our team supporting all the HR GO portfolio brands, including recruitment and digital services. This varied role involves managing internal and external marketing campaigns and assisting in managing the administration of job board contracts on behalf of the group.

An organised and disciplined individual who thrives in a busy environment: managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in order to bring projects to a successful conclusion. Strong communications skills to help build good customer relations with internal clients and to interface effectively with external suppliers are essential.
Working as part of a team, the main job responsibilities will be to:
* Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns for clients within the HR GO group of brands to time and cost objectives. Campaigns may include websites, collateral, advertising, direct and email marketing, exhibitions, on-site promotions, etc.
* Liaise regularly with internal clients to agree plans and priorities for marketing programmes.
* Manage the administration of the job board contracts and Broadbean facility on behalf of HR GO brands.
* Ensure the content of group websites is kept up to date and refreshed regularly.
* Monitor the assigned social media channels, refresh content regularly and respond appropriately.
* Work to maintain the professional standards, consistency and integrity of the HR GO brands at all times.
* Produce regular reports on results and effectiveness of marketing projects and programmes.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role is essential, internship and placement roles can be counted towards this.
Experience of digital and online marketing would be particularly useful, but a positive attitude and the ability to learn new skills is most important.
