Telesales Executive

37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Salary: £17,500 - £19,000 per annum plus bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join the expanding telesales department at Anthony Rowcliffe and Son Ltd. Anthony Rowcliffe and Son is a importer and distributer of chilled products working with the FMCG industry.

The company offers award-winning olives, the finest seafood, quality charcuterie, butters, olive oils, vinegars, luxury food and UK exclusive products. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to all our independent customers. The successful candidate will work closely with our Area Sales Managers out on the road to ensure highest level of customer service is delivered to both existing and potential new customers.

Summary of Main Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities

•Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
•Making daily outgoing calls to achieve targets as per instructed.
•General office administration.
•Ensuring all customer data handled is of the highest quality and is accurately maintained in the customer database.
•Maintaining the quality of each sales call to the highest level of professionalism.
•To work co-operatively with colleagues to ensure that the telesales function operates consistently and effectively.
•To help and support other departments to achieve overall Company goals.
•To keep up to date with information, training and development opportunities appropriate to maintaining and developing professional service standards.
•To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time that reasonably fall within the scope of the post.
