Role: Anti Social Behaviour Officer
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,334 to £31,667 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience), plus Essential Car Users Allowance of £1,921 per annum
Location: Mariner House, Dartford
Who are we?
Moat is one of the top 30 housing associations in the UK with 20,000 homes spread across south east London, Kent, Essex and Sussex and we continue to develop new homes at an impressive rate too – last year we delivered 861 and we are aiming for another 3,000 by 2020. Our ambition is simple - to bring an end to housing need.
We’ve been undergoing a period of amazing transformation here at Moat and our hard work is already paying off! In June we were shortlisted for Front Line Team of the Year at the 2018 Housing Heroes Awards! In September we’ll find out if we’ve won the Best Customer Care Award at the National Housing Awards!
The role
We are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join us at our Dartford office, who will act as Moat’s expert practitioner on anti-social behaviour (ASB). The successful candidate will be required to provide a high quality estate management service whilst ensuring outstanding service and service delivery. You will be the first point of contact for our residents and you will work closely with your colleagues and external services to develop improved and consistent responses to ASB and nuisance across all areas of Moat.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Housing and/or experience with anti social behaviour. You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Your benefits
In return for your hard work, we will reward you with a competitive salary, pension scheme and the option of flexible working to give you a great work life balance. We offer a generous annual leave entitlement with the flexibility to buy and sell more, and you even get a half day off on your birthday!
We take pride in our people to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge they require to carry out their role and inspire them to learn more which is why we offer further education sponsorship and leadership programmes. Moat want to ensure their employees feel supported at work, so we also provide Childcare Vouchers, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave, cycle-to-work scheme, and many more!
