Accounts Assistant
Based in Dartford
Up to £22k (depending on experience)
My client based in Dartford has an immediate need for an accounts assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting role for someone who has previous accounts experience and is looking for a new challenge! The company use SAP but this is desirable and not essential.
Duties include:
Raise an process payments to suppliers
Post invoices, credits and payments to the accounting system ((SAP)
Reconcile bank statements and ledger statements
Process payments via on-line banking system
Update exchange rates on SAP
Prepare VAT, Intrastat and EC sales returns
Liaise with customers and suppliers on account queries
Controlling petty cash including payments and reconciliation
Keep filing and paperwork tidy and up to date.
To perform other related duties and assignments as required.
