Darenth Valley Building Services is a Building and Maintenance Company. We are looking for a responsible Servicedesk Operator to join the team to offer support to managers. Your diverse role offers the opportunity to learn multiple skill sets:
• Answering the phone
• First point of contact – In house engineers / Subcontractor / Client
• Responding and dealing with reactive call outs
• Sending purchase orders (Place and complete orders to supplier and subcontractors in conjunction with contract staff and ensure job folders and compliance paperwork/quotes/photos/H&S documentation are complete)
• Sending out relevant paperwork - Job reports etc.
• Assisting contract and operations managers / Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization
• Ensure sign off and cost is received from subcontractor
• Support sales invoicing process
• Assist in the preparation of quotes to customers
• Log enquires for follow up
The ideal candidate:
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Accurate Data Entry Skills
• Positive can do attitude
• GCSE A-C in English and Maths
• Excel or similar knowledge
We offer a full time position in out Swanley office at the rate of £15,000 - Salary Negotiable
