Handyperson/Caretaker
Salary - £18,000 - £23,000 per year
Working hours – 12-8pm – 37.5 hours per week.
Company vehicle provided – so clean full driving licence is essential
Working for one of South east’s fast growing property management companies.
We are currently looking to recruit a full time Handyperson/Caretaker
Character profile:
Our ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Handyperson/Caretaker. Awareness of property standards and health and safety standards. A clean full driving license is a requirement for this position.
Our ideal candidate will have to work on selected buildings carry out handyman duties and caretaker duties. This will involve day to day job requests for maintenance works, void turnaround of empty properties and ensure communal areas are kept clean, safe and in good order.
Handyman duties to include carpentry skills, tilling, painting, lock changes, replacement of single and double-glazed units, able to change taps and mixer showers. An established background is required for this position.
