We're looking for a part time Receptionist to join our Customer Experience team at JCB Ashford Van Centre & SEAT on Orbital Park in Ashford, Kent.
The role will be on a job share basis and this role will be working all day Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesday afternoons. This is great opportunity for anyone who is unable to work full time and wants to keep part of their week free.
A bit about the role...
Working closely with our Sales and Service teams, you will be responsible for answering the telephones into the business, directing the calls, assisting with enquiries and meeting and greeting our customers. This is a key customer service role and will play a pivotal part in making our customers' experience exceptions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start their career in the motor trade working for a great brand with lots of potential to develop including the role.
A bit about you...
•Previous reception or customer service experience would be an advantage
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Willingness to help and go the extra mile
•Helpful, friendly and approachable with a winning 'can-do' attitude
•Good organisation and time management skills
•Ability to multitask
