Hours of work: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (All Year Round)
Salary: £16,458 p.a. inclusive & competitive benefits

About the job and who we need…

We are currently recruiting a Room Leader at our Temple Hill Nursery in Dartford. The purpose of this role is to assist in the delivery of a quality childcare provision for YMCA Thames Gateway on a day to day basis, ensuring the needs of local children and their families are met. To ensure childcare and education are delivered in line with Ofsted requirements.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all staff in the allocated room complete and follow agreed curriculum on a weekly basis which is creative, stimulating and fun for each child, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The Room Leader will hold a childcare qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have relevant experience of delivery The Early Years Foundation Stage and working within a childcare setting.
