DSR Global is an IT recruitment consultancy specialising in the SAP technology market. We provide both permanent and freelance SAP candidates to our customers’ IT projects and business transformation programmes. SAP is the global leader in business software, used by international fashion labels such as Adidas and Burberry, to high end manufacturers such as McLaren and Dyson.

We are looking to hire highly motivated individuals as recruitment sales consultants to capitalise on opportunities in our market. Our recruitment style is consultative and professional while delivering a responsive and competitive service to our clients. Using our own CRM and tools such as LinkedIn, you will be expected to develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients. You will be supported by a team of resourcers who will help in finding the best candidates in the market.

The office environment is fast-paced, rewarding and fun. We offer an uncapped commission scheme and the training to get up to speed with SAP technology. Client visits, in both the UK and Europe, are strongly encouraged. Our offices are based in Southborough, in easy reach of Tunbridge Wells, High Brooms and Tonbridge train stations. Free parking is also available locally.

You must be educated to degree level and have an excellent work ethic. The ability to demonstrate a solid work history even during your education is highly desirable. Any sales experience is an advantage. You should be competitive yet recognise the benefits of being part a team, be thick skinned and have a sense of humour! Due to the nature of the SAP marketplace and our customer base, European experience, cultural exposure or European languages are an advantage.

Salaries are in the region of £17-20k for the right experience with the potential to earn £100k per annum with commission.
