Outbound Retention Representative

Location: Westerham

Salary: £17,080 OTE £35-£40K

We're currently recruiting for one of our most prestige clients who is looking for an experienced outbound retention representative to join their team. Your main duties will be:

Main Duties/Responsibilities

* Provide customers with an opportunity to refresh their shower by selling Upsells, Fixed Price Repair and other appropriate post sale packages
* Provide customers with an excellent level of customer service
* Offer appropriate sales solutions to out of warranty customers, offering all alternative sales packages and associated labour call outs
* Making a high number of outbound calls each day ensuring maximum opportunities are achieved
* Meeting sales and performance targets set
* Maintain customer records by updating information on company database
* Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers
* Answer calls from field engineers to prevent refunds
* Cover in other areas of the Customer Service Department when needed
* Actively participate in call coaching sessions
* Any other reasonable duties as required
