We are due to move shortly to a new build business unit on the Shearway Business Park in Folkestone and in preparation for this, we wish to add an office administrator / assistant to our team.
Initially you would be responsible for administrative duties to include (but not limited to) the following:
• Dealing with customer telephone enquiries.
• Adding customer details and jobs for our engineers and diarising them accordingly working on our cloud-based job management system.
• Clearing payments from customers.
• Data entry of supplier invoices.
• Some elements of book keeping and accounting may also be required.
The successful applicant will be an effective communicator with a good telephone manner and written communication skills.
We are looking for somebody with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who is dependable, self motivated and team oriented.
We may be able to offer some flexibility on hours which would likely be between 32.5-42.5 hours a week. The confirmed hours and relevant experience would be factored in to the salary offered.
