We have a further vacancy available for a Customer Service Advisor in relation to a long-term temporary opportunity we are handling for 6 months!
Working within the local Council offices, we are searching for an individual with some degree of experience/knowledge of Revenues & Benefits, as you will be handling general enquiries relating to Council Tax for example, so previous experience of using the system Northgate version 6 for this purpose, is also essential.
