Digital Experience Analyst

RSFL are now looking for an experienced Digital Experience Analyst to join over people focused client in Ashford. The role is to support the definition, development and improvement of digital customer experience and commercial trading across all digital touchpoints. To provide analysis, insights, data and information to product owners, marketing and trading teams to improve customer acquisition, sales conversion, loyalty and retention. Provide data and actionable insights to product and content teams across the end to end eCommerce journey so inform decisions.

Location: - Based Ashford, Kent

Salary: -£41,000

All About the Role

• This role supports marketing teams in campaign management and automation, and product teams is experimenting, defining and developing new experiences.

• This is a critical role and part of a wide Digital Transformation programme aimed at re-platforming to Hybris Commerce platform, powered by Amplience CMS and Monetate optimisation platform.

• To be responsible for tracking, reporting and analysing all touchpoints of customers across the digital estate, and generating actionable insights, also be responsible for ensuring our client is using the right digital analytics tools and that remains abreast to digital analytics technology opportunities and changes.

• Use data to identify and support the definition, design and implementation of customer journeys across the digital product portfolio.

• Manage the assessment and communication of data, KPIs and insights across web analytics, ecommerce, customer engagement and satisfaction and social media activity.

• Using key metrics, analyse and interpret trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data. Ensure all measurements roll-up effectively to the high-level digital targets, KPIs and strategic goals, enabling the team to continually measure progress and improvement.
• Support best practices in web analytics, conversion and engagement optimization. Monitor activity and overall digital channel performance on an ongoing basis to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are being achieved, advising on corrective action where required

• Actively understand the market and seek out new technologies and innovations, taking responsibility for testing new ideas and the development of internal capability in skills/knowledge, processes and technology on all things digital analytics

• Execute customer analysis projects such as A/B and multi-variant testing, ensuring findings are translated into business insight

The successful candidate must have personal experience analysing digital campaigns and digital journeys across the user lifecycle, a passion for web analytics, the ability to turn data into actionable insights, and experience of working with technical teams so to assist with optimising digital products and services.

• Do you have a track record in measuring ecommerce, digital customer experience, digital marketing, and site optimisation? Are you obsessed by understanding customer behaviour, driving marketing performance and commercial benefits?

• Pride yourself on your excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with working in a digital data-driven environment. You must be an exceptional communicator - ability to communicate at the highest level both written and verbal

• Strong analytical capability to present and communicate complex data. Experience on Customer Experience programmes, customer journey mapping and lifecycle management

• Expert knowledge of Google Web Analytics, Tag Management as well as Data Layer. Strong understanding of digital analytics technologies

• Working on your own initiative and anticipate workloads. Do you have an aptitude for innovation?
