Gomez is one of the largest and best known produce companies in the country, supplying major supermarket, wholesale, c-store and foodservices sectors.
We are looking for 2 full-time Warehouse Night Shift Supervisors to join our busy team within our Warehouse department.
Supervisors are responsible for maintaining Warehouse standards whilst ensuring that customer demands are met, reacting to changes in demands and proactively pursuing the optimum efficiency. Supervisors are expected to have a range of experience in Warehouse Operations to enable them to promote, train and lead the dedicated team around them.
Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Warehouse areas and overseeing the staff within their remit. They are required to resolve any problems with staff or any incoming/outgoing issues, escalating to more senior managers when necessary.
If you are a natural leader, have a professional approach to all tasks and the ability to deal with pressurised situations then we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
You will be working on a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern from 6pm to 6am.
Due to our remote location and limited bus services applicants must have their own transport.
