Description: with our new restaurant The Mill having recently opened we have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team. As part of the kitchen team you will deliver food and services to a consistently high standard within the required deadlines using local, fresh and seasonal produce where possible. You will support the Head Chef by encouraging and supporting the development of the kitchen team. Consistently follow food safety guidelines and contribute to the achievement of company sales.

Hours of work: Full time to include alternate weekends or days off in the week

Skills and Experience: the successful applicant will:

- have experience of working in a similar role within a busy professional catering environment
- excellent customer service and presentation skills
- have a flair for producing outstanding food to a high standard
- ability to motivate and develop a team
- be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role
- have excellent communication skills
- be an excellent team player
