Description: With our new restaurant The Mill having recently opened we have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the team. With the kitchen team you will deliver food to a consistently high standard using local, fresh and seasonal produce where possible. The successful applicant will be passionate about preparing outstanding food with a keen interest for cooking.

Hours of work: Full time to include alternate weekends or days off in the week

Skills and Experience: the successful applicant will:

- have a passion for producing outstanding food and providing a consistently high level of service to our customers
- have previous experience of working in a similar role within a busy catering environment
- have the ability to remain calm under pessure with a can do attitude
- be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role
- have excellent communication skills
- be an excellent team player
