W.S.Wright's Head Office in East Sussex is looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to join their well-established team.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be working within varied environments for our clients and you will be responsible for plumbing and building maintenance as well as any other duties assigned by the manager.

Salary: £13 – £15 per hour dependant on experience and qualifications
Full Time: Permanent (not suitable for job share due to the consistency required to follow up back logs and notes etc and due to the nature of our work)

Duties will include:

• Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing and carpentry work
• Maintaining client equipment
• Painting and decorating
• Repairing any damage that may have been caused within the facilities

The hours are based on:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
• 1 in 6 weeks on call including the weekend; on call is paid in addition to the standard contract times and rates

You will need to have; a plumbing or carpentry qualification or a similar qualification whether it be a level 1 or level 2 NVQ or a portfolio related qualification to the required skills and experience.
