RSFL are currently working in association with a global manufacturing company in Folkestone who are recruiting for a number of experienced permanent production operatives to join their teams.

Production Operators ensure that our clients high-speed production lines run effectively and efficiently, ensuring that problems and faults are rectified quickly and ensure that quality and good manufacturing checks are carried out. Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in line start up checks, change overs and wash downs.

You will be required to work a shift pattern of 12 hours that run from either 6am - 6pm or 6pm to 6am on a 4 on 4 off pattern. Depending on your preference, you will be allocated permanent day or night shift. Please state on your application your preference for either permanent day or night shift working.

You must be an enthusiastic team player who can demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. With excellent English communication skills, you are a positive individual who is quick to learn and adapt to change. You must hold the right to work in the UK.

Education and Experience required:
• Previous experience of working within FMCG manufacturing environment
• A good standard of verbal and written English
• Basic understanding of Mathematics and working with computers
• Previous experience of using SAP would be an advantage
