An IT Technician is sought to assist in the support, development and maintenance of the IT platform/infrastructure and the provision, operation and management of the Audio/Visual support services / facilities for both the Chapter of Canterbury and the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge.
This role will vary from day-to-day, and in addition to IT and AV support provision for events and presentations you will be given the opportunity to broaden existing IT knowledge, work with some of the latest technologies and provide 1st line support and technical assistance to users throughout the organisation.
This is a challenging, wide ranging, hands-on role that requires a good all-round aptitude for IT, good time and resource management, plenty of enthusiasm, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be flexible in their approach to working hours, to cover operational needs and on-call requirements.
