A local progressive Care Company requires talented motivated staff.

Due to the internal progression of existing staff within our company, we have the following staff vacancies for
our Adult Residential Learning Disability Care Homes.

Support Staff required to work in residential care homes that present different levels of Challenging Behaviours.

NVQ level 3 or QCF diploma 3 in health and social care qualified would be preferred although training is provided but must be willing to learn and the ability to work in a challenging environment. Preferably a driver due to the village location of the home and be able to work a rota system of earlies, lates & long days.

Company wide support workers. NVQ level 2 in Health and social care qualified and have the ability and drive to attain a Level 3 QCF Diploma in Health and social care preferred although training will be provided. Preferably be a driver due to the rural locations of some of our care homes.

Applicants must be 18 years old or over.
We offer mandatory and bespoke training for our staff and encourage professional development through QCF diploma qualifications.
We provide a Peoples Pensions scheme and paid sleep in duties.
