Estate agency is changing.

Selling or letting a home has evolved dramatically over the last 20 years, especially in more recent times with the introduction of national property websites such as rightmove and zoopla which give people more options when buying or renting a property. Many people now decide not to walk up and down the high street going in and out of estate agents collecting property brochures but instead prefer to either search online from the comfort of their own home, look through adverts in the local press or contact an agent when they see a for sale or to let board outside a property.

That said, we believe people still want to have the personal touch at a local level when it comes to selling or letting a property, whether it’s to rely on the agent to accompany viewings, use their expertise to negotiate the right price for their property or to have the back up of a professional to progress the sale or let through to completion.


The Role

You will be able to offer client’s the best of what a traditional estate agent can offer but with a difference!

1) One point of contact. (From valuation to completion)
2) No contract length. (The client decides how long to give you to market their property)
3) Realistic fee structure (Between 0.75% - 1.5% depending on their marketing needs)

You will have the ability to market properties in the same way as traditional high street estate agents with eye catching boards, national websites, social media and local advertising.


Training and support in all the areas you need to be successful.

The rewards.

This is a unique opportunity to run your own business within an established, successful and recognised brand without the need for high start-up costs or expensive office premises.

As well as flexible working hours, the earnings are uncapped. You receive up to 50% of the total fee on completion of every sale.

Put simply;
If you list and sell a property, you will receive 50% of the total fee. (£1500.00, based on our company average fee of £3000.00).


Who are we looking for?

Estate Agency or Property background preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
A people person, professional manner, ambitious and a desire to grow your own business within a business is essential.
