An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Grand, The Leas, Folkestone.
The property has multiple Food & Beverage outlets catering mainly for leisure / family business at high volume level.
We are looking for a dynamic personality to take on the role of Food & Beverage Manager. In this role you will develop and lead an award winning team to deliver the outstanding customer experience that is expected at one of the leading properties in the area.
You will already have experience within a quality environment or large volume catering establishment within a similar role and experience of high volume and multiple operating Food & Beverage outlets.
Role Criteria
• The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have previous experience
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Outlets
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the General Manager
A successful candidate will possess the following qualities;
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage at a senior level.
• Conference & Banqueting experience essential.
• Trustworthy and well presented.
• Experience of Duty Management shifts.
• Excellent organisational and F&B specific financial skills.
• Unafraid of public speaking (Toast Mastering).
• Great communication skills / The proven ability to lead a team.
• An eye for detail.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in all situations.
• EPOS experience and cellar management experience is essential.
The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years experience at assistant / operations management level or higher within a similar operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager looking for a progressive and challenging role
