The Inside Story, a small but rapidly growing B2B PR and marketing agency based in Tunbridge Wells, is searching for an exceptional writer to join our team as an Account Executive. We are a young and successful agency serving the global professional audio industry. Our prestigious client list includes high-end solutions for touring sound, broadcast, immersive audio, recording studios and more. Our days are spent creating brilliant content, from front page magazine features to viral videos and full digital campaigns.

You are talented, versatile and ambitious. You can weave an engaging narrative from the most technical of subjects, switch between writing styles to suit the task at hand and create stylish direct mail newsletters. You’re comfortable working in a deadline-driven, often intense environment and you can stay calm when the pressure is on.

You must have:

• A talent for writing with efficiency and eloquence about technical subjects
• Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
• The ability to work quickly to a consistently high standard
• The confidence to adapt to varied house styles
• Experience of creating engaging newsletters in platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp

Advantageous but not essential:

• A knowledge of professional audio
• Experience of media monitoring and clipping
• Experience of creating and posting on-brand content across social channels
• Familiarity with Photoshop and similar content creation software
