We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for luxury 5* house builder permanently working on a busy sales and marketing suite in Faversham, Kent.
The working week will be Thursday through to Monday so weekend work will be required.
New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary up to £25,000 with an OTE of £45,000 with the potential to earn more.
Ideally you will have experience selling off-plan residential units as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer however experience is not essential for this role.
For this role duties will include:
• Meeting and greeting customers on site
• Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
• Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
• Taking customers on viewings
• Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
• Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
• Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
Key requirements:
• Must hold a full drivers’ licence and access to your own vehicle
• Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
• Be immaculately presented
• Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
