An exciting and innovative SME company are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. A responsible role, overseeing and implementing structured procedures and reporting. A proactive position supporting directors and senior managers on all levels whilst facilitating a robust accounts function.
Main duties;
• Experienced in Account receivable and payable. New customer vetting and Credit Control
• Supplier and client management
• Month end procedures, tax calculations, returns and overseeing expenses
• P&L , Balance Sheet, Journal and Accruals updates and analysis
• P&L and Cashflow forecasting
• Cashflow Management. Project funding requirements
• Job and Project analysis, support and guidance
• Profit & Cost Centre analysis
• Preparation of periodic P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
• Comprehensive Monthly MI packs
• Foreign Exchange support and execution
• Organising and managing a team
• Works well under pressure, analytical, innovative, organised and can prioritise to meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, friendly, enthusiastic with good communication skills and willing to muck-in
Person specification;
• Studying CIMA/ACCA/ACA with a few years work experience with an SME and desirably in manufacturing & distribution sectors
• Excellent Excel and PC Skills
