An opportunity has arisen within our Production Department for Production Operators. The role will involve working on our FMCG production lines at our site in Folkestone.

Production Operators ensure that our high-speed production lines run effectively and efficiently, solving problems and rectifying faults to maintain quality of our products. Working as part of a small team, you will be involved in ordering and loading components, line start up checks, change overs and wash downs, controlling parameters using computers to run the line, reading and understanding alarms and problem solving any issues that arise with your team.

You will be required to work a shift pattern of 12 hours that run from either 6am – 6pm or 6pm to 6am on a 4 on 4 off pattern. Education and Experience required:
• Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing environment an advantage
• A good standard of verbal and written English
• Basic understanding of Mathematics and working with computers
• Willingness to learn and be part of a progressive company
