The role: we’re looking for someone to lead and deliver insightful data analysis and reporting. You will have primary responsibility for the management of the data system, ensuring that information is accurate, robust and up to date. You will also be required to analyse data in relation to performance, quality, trends and potential gaps in service provision. You’ll be managing a small team and working closely with senior managers to provide clear information to assist in the charity’s strategic and long-term planning and decision making.

What you need: excellent people, analytical and technical skills. Experience in line management and a commitment to empowering vulnerable people.
