We're seeking a HR Data and Systems Manager with significant experience of presenting analytical reports for trend analysis and confident forecasting.

Reporting initially to the Group Director of HR and Corporate Services, you'll be responsible for leading on the development and delivery of management information dashboards for the HR team as a whole and for constituent teams within it.

We'll look to you to carry out the sophisticated statistical analysis of data to provide reports which will be used to tackle a range of business issues and to propose solutions based on statistical evidence and data science. As employee data owner, you'll ensure that effective systems are in place to deliver statutory and business requirements for data integrity, quality, security and compliance with legislation.

You'll work closely with senior HR and line managers to understand their needs and objectives and we'll look to you to design methods of data presentation which facilitate understanding of any trends, risks and opportunities. You'll already have a relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in statistical analysis, and you'll use your excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex issues to managers in an accessible way. Your passion for data and a creative and quantitative approach to problem-solving will be critical in your success in this post.

In addition, we are looking for

* High level proficiency in all MS Office products, with advanced skills in Excel and/or Power BI
* An ability to work independently, identifying opportunities and exploring them
* Experience of supplier management
* Experience of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

Experience of working in, or with HR would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience of using Workday would be a significant advantage.

If you are an experienced data and systems professional who is confident when interacting with senior managers, we look forward to hearing from you.

Closing Date: Midday on Thursday 23rd August 2018
