This is an exciting role working for Cambian, a leading children’s provider of specialist behavioural health services for children in the UK. This role will be based in Sittingbourne, Kent at By the Bridge Fostering’s Head Office (a subsidiary of the Cambian Group).

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst & Implementation Manager to work with the Head of Marketing to develop a suite of reports across different areas of the business.

This position is an analytical role whereby a large amount of historical data exists which needs analysing, refining and then reporting on. The suitable candidate will be able to analyse the data to highlight trends and possible opportunities. They will then need to look at the existing systems architecture and be able to communicate system changes to the CRM Manager to improve the operational use and reporting functionality of the CRM system.

A background in data is essential, as is an eye for detail - with the ability to compile data accurately and on time.

You
You will be an experienced data analyst, with technical expertise in Excel, Pivot Tables and with experience of CRM systems. Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics is preferential, but not essential.

You will be comfortable with creating reports that can be distributed across the business as well as liaising with different staff from multiple areas of the business to ensure data is correctly entered, maintained and is accessible to the people that require it.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, motivational and interpersonal skills and be capable of building strong working relationships, as well as a proven ability to excel at data analytics.
