This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Cambian Group; a leading children’s provider of specialist behavioral health services for children in the UK.

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to work with the Head of Marketing to develop and drive the Marketing plan for the business forward. The role will include overviewing the production of printed materials and promotional items, organising exhibitions and developing the overall Cambian brand by close contact with Schools and Residential facilities.

You
You will be an experienced marketing professional, with technical expertise in multi-channel consumer marketing and a proven track record in leading and executing consumer facing marketing campaigns. An understanding of Digital Marketing is preferential but not essential.

You will be comfortable with creating the marketing plan, establishing KPIs and managing a member of staff to ensure quality and consistency across the group.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships, as well as a proven ability to manage a budget.
