We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of that being spent with a Groundworks company or similar. The roles you will be expected to carry out are listed below, but not limited to:-
Carrying out take-offs and producing Bills of Quantities
Assisting with estimating of Groundwork tenders
Managing smaller size projects from a commercial point of view
Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and company staff on a day to day basis
Managing Sub-contractor accounts, including procurement, valuation assessment and final accounts
Attending site meetings with both clients and company staff
Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress on site
Management of all commercial documentation (Drawings, correspondence etc.)
Carrying out interim applications for payments
Costing of contract Variations for numerous projects
Assisting with the Final account agreement of projects
