Apprentice Client Services Assistant | Dartford | 12 month FTC

Description of vacancy

This vacancy will be working within the client services team, and undertaking a variety of exciting and challenging tasks.


Responsibilities

• Work within the client services sector where service excellence is paramount
• Support client services team in various tasks
• Working within targets and performance indicators where satisfaction is measured
• Develop effective verbal communication skills
• Develop effective written communication skills
• Gain experience and knowledge of company services offered
• Build working relationships with work colleagues and clients.
• Able to work in a fast moving and very responsive office environment
• Respond to calls from customers and develop the ability to manage their needs
• Gain understanding and skills and techniques to manage difficult customers
• Interact with all stakeholders
• Greet and meet clients attending site
• Attend client meetings with customer service and sales team
• Interact with all stakeholders


Hours

9am – 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break Monday – Friday


Qualifications Required

Minimum C - A Maths, English and IT based subject


Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and aspiring individual
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook would be of benefit
Able to plan and time manage own workload
Ability to work in an organised and structured way
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Presentable appearance


Training Provided

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by team leader.
