Eurotunnel manages, maintains and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency and respect for the environment.

We are seeking an aspiring individual who will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a best in-class CRM strategy to convert enquirers, and drive repeat purchases from existing customers through a variety of contact points, whilst protecting the legal rights of all those on the database. You will have a strong understanding of using customer databases for marketing, and proven ability to optimise communications for purchase.

You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, pride in a job ‘well done’ and a passion for working for a unique travel brand are essential.

Skills/Requirements:

• Degree qualified.
• Ideally a recognised marketing qualification i.e. CIM, IDM.
• Digital/IT Qualification.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced Marketing department.
• Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• A full driving licence is essential.
• The ability to communicate in French is desirable but not essential.
