The Queen Phillippa is a highly successful family run Bistro with Rooms located in the heart of Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey. We have 17 comfortable en-suite bedrooms and our Bistro boasts a welcoming and relaxed dining experience and seats 40 covers plus outside dining in our riverside garden.
We currently seek an experienced ‘hands on’ Manager to run our “front of house” at weekends; ensuring that both areas of our business run smoothly and efficiently and that all our guests have a great experience; only the best will do.
Good leadership and strong management skills are essential requirements for this role. You will be working alongside the Head Chef and reporting to the Owners directly
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar position and establishment and possess a can-do positive attitude, be pro-active, hands-on and a real team player.
You must be passionate about service and food quality standards and be prepared to train and mentor the existing team.
