Grestec supports and technically advises architects and interior designers for their tiling
requirements on commercial projects. Once a specification has been issued with Grestec
products listed, a product sales process ensues which requires monitoring, processing, importing
and distribution.
A new role as a telephone receptionist, including general administration duties, has been created to assist a busy office environment. We
always look for someone to be a tangible asset within the organisation. This is an important front line telephone position and we are open to this being full time or part time (hours to suit the individual). There are always opportunities which can be offered for individuals that show interest, flair and a dynamic approach to work-life on a long term basis so this may be suitable for this time in your life but with possible options to develop to other company roles in the future.
HOURS - FULL TIME
Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm (one hour lunch)
Friday 8.30pm – 5pm (one hour lunch)
HOURS - PART TIME
Minimum of 3 days per week but any hours can be considered during recruitment discussions
MAIN DUTIES
- Answering and fielding inbound telephone calls
- Taking notes/enquiry description from callers if colleagues are not free to pass calls through to
- Taking credit card payments
- Scanning documentation into Cloud
- Scanning tiles for light reflectance values
- General CRM de-dupping and tidying
- Sample label creation
- Code checking
Other general administration duties may be added dependent on the hours worked.
EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience is not necessarily required. However, if you have knowledge of and worked
with any of the following previously it would be advantageous:
- Specification market (Architects & Designers)
- Direct liaisons with Contractors
- Organisation of transportation within the UK
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Office365
SKILLS
You must:
- have a good, clear, confident telephone voice
- have a cheerful disposition
- take on new information/training quickly
- demonstrate effective self-learning
- have excellent time management skills
- follow procedures
- be engaged and interested in your new role
- be personable and a good team player
