Job Overview:

This is a new and exciting role within the fast-growing Pretty Dress Company that offers fantastic opportunities for a creative, sales orientated Graduate, who has a passion and genuine interest in Marketing & Fashion.

The talented individual we are seeking must have at least 3 years successful employment experience.

They will be responsible for the development and growth the Pretty Dress Company brand, whilst helping to secure sales both online and off. He or she will work closely with the founders of the business, their senior management team, as well as their agency suppliers.

The Pretty Dress Company is a fast-moving design lead business, that delivers genuine quality, value and on trend fashion to all its customers, so you will need to really understand the needs our market and find creative ways to communicate to it.
Fashion sector experience is not necessary, but would be of real benefit.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities and duties of this job will include, but are not limited to: -
• Responsible for the day to day running of The Pretty Dress Company E-Commerce Website
• Manage, with our suppliers, all aspects of the Digital Marketing mix
• Have a creative flair, graphic design skills and be a competent user of Adobe’s Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator
• Enjoy producing authentic Social Media posts, that are memorable and relevant to our target audience
• Ability to create compelling content. Strong copywriting skills are necessary for this role, as we want you to create memorable text, that highlights the benefits of the beautiful dresses we design & manufacture, in the UK
• Undertake an Events Management role, supporting the whole team at trade shows and public exhibitions


Qualifications:

• Graduate in Marketing (or similar), with relevant industry experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a marketing, sales and/or customer service environment, with a proven track record of success

Driving License:

• Ability to drive, with a clean driving license is a requirement for this role

Reporting To:

The Marketing & Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director whilst working directly alongside the Marketing & Business Development Director.
