We are currently recruiting a product assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Sandwich, Kent. The varied role will see you building and maintaining our property portfolio, content creation and liaising with our international suppliers and team.

We are looking for someone to work full time Monday to Friday. Working hours will be from 9am-5.00pm. This is a permanent position.

What we are looking for:

- Descriptive writing skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Great communication and teamwork

- A high level of organisation and professionalism

- An interest in property and travel

- Creative flair

- Friendly and confident

- Previous experience in an administration role preferred

- Previous experience in the travel industry preferred


The role will involve:

- Building and maintaining our portfolio of villas on our platform and partner websites

- Content creation

- Communicating with the wider team about new products, special offers and promotions

- Supporting the sales team with product queries

- Liaising with our suppliers around the world

- Helping with any supplier issues or queries

- Providing feedback and positively contributing to the overall team performance
