Our client, a well-established software house, working at the forefront of .NET and mobile app technologies, is looking to hire a project manager to work alongside the existing Professional Services team. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and implementation of business systems of an Accounts, Payroll and/or HR nature.

Initially the successful candidate will need to acquire knowledge of the company’s key software packages and how to implement them, with the view to managing all aspects of a project, be this for new or existing clients, which will include consulting, configuring and providing training on all areas of the software.

The role will suit a person with a minimum of 2 years proven IT project management experience, who also has training and implementation experience.

· Good understanding of accounts and payroll/HR

· Proven training and/or teaching skills essential
· Good organisational skills essential

· Ability to troubleshoot, i.e. investigate and resolve issues
· Able to work autonomously and as a team member
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Knowledge of SQL Server and/or databases useful, but not essential
· Degree level education preferable
· Car driver essential
· Willingness to travel across the UK, or overseas on occasions, essential
