Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading insurance broking organisation seeking a bright, intelligent and career minded individual to support their specialist commercial broking team.
You will have a minimum of 12 months insurance experience, ideally in commercial, and will be looking for an employer partner that can provide coaching, training and mentoring thus equipping you with all the tools required to evolve into a fully functioning commercial broker handling large commercial accounts.
Your wide and varied role will include but not be limited:
• Renewal preparation
• Rebroking where appropriate
• Handling mid term adjustments
• Client , Insurer and Interdepartmental liaison
Key skills required will be
• Over 12 months commercial insurance experience gained from within an insurance broking organisation or company
• Ideally studying for insurance qualifications
• Strong communication, relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to accommodate a steep learning curve
