The Floral Madam has been a bespoke florist in Kent for 12 years. We’re soon to be moving to a new premises at Macknade Fine Foods and require a new team member. Join a fun, lively environment and add your energy with a love and passion for flowers.
We provide beautifully wild, seasonal arrangements with movement. Focusing on high quality stems that please the senses, presented in a new and creative way.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual with great creative flair for floral design. Happy to lead and inspire others. Great communication skills, ability to build good rapport with customers. Capable of managing all levels of shop floor.
Ensuring all hand tied bouquets, displays, corporate, wedding and event work meet our high standard of design.
5 days a week Tues- Saturdays
Flexibility to work extra in busy periods
Language: English
Salary negotiable on experience and age
Full Driving Licence
