Sales Support Administrator (TEMPORARY ROLE - up to 6 weeks)

£9 per hour
Our clients have the opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside the Director on a 6 week temp assignment. Your duties will include setting up costing and organising documents so increased sales turnover and more importantly margin protection and profit.
Hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
The role
* Support directors with printing off documentation and setting up sales.
* Create job folders electronically and a hard copy
* Prepare quotes for suppliers
* Chase up suppliers as and when required
* Develop a close relationship with suppliers
* Liaise with internal teams to agree rates in a timely and effective manner
* Prepare business development material
The candidate
* You must have excellent Excel skills
* Due to the nature of the role you need to be highly organised and have the ability to manage your own workload
* You must have good numeracy skills
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Portray accuracy
